TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR 2019 Riverside Plaza Car Giveaway
COMMENCEMENT: The Promotion will commence on Monday, October 14th, 2019 at 8:00am
CLOSING: Entries for the promotion will close on Saturday, December 14th, 2019 at 11:00am
ENTRY: Entry is open to any person who makes a purchase from a participating trader to the value of $10 or greater. Participating traders are located at Riverside Plaza. Full list will be identified by posters in store and on our website: https://www.riversideplazashepparton.com.au/shop-and-win-a-car-10year-celebration/ Entry is by making a purchase to the value of $10 or more from a participating trader, correctly filling out the details on the entry form provided, having it validated by the trader or a staff member and placing it in the entry box provided on the trader’s premises. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enter. If you are under 18 years of age and you win a prize, it may be awarded to your parent or guardian. Participants may enter as often as they wish in the above manner but must make sure any or all entry forms are filled out correctly and in full. Incomplete entries will not be valid.
Entries must be on the official entry form. Photocopies will not be accepted. Incomplete entries will not be valid. All entries placed in participating traders’ entry boxes will be collected and placed into the main entry box inside Riverside Plaza – located in front of Coles. The Grand Prize is a 2019 Subaru Impreza valued at $25,800. Also drawn will be 3 runners up prize packages valued at $4,000 each. Management and staff of participating traders are not eligible to enter this competition at their own participating businesses. Management staff and immediate family members of The Copulos Group and their subsidiaries are not eligible to enter this competition.
PRIZES: One x 2019 Subaru Impreza valued at $25,800, Three x $4,000 prize packages, all will be drawn on Saturday 14th, December 2019 at Riverside Plaza, 8025 Goulburn Valley Highway Kialla Victoria 3631. Winners will need to meet all the criteria including residency and identification requirements. Winners also agree to have their names and photos used for promotional purposes.
TOTAL PRIZE POOL: Total prize pool is $37,800 and all of this must be won.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES: If a winner does not claim their prize by Friday, January 17th, 2020 their prize will be re-drawn at 9:00am on Monday 20th, January, 2020 at the offices of “The Copulos Group”, Suite 3, 461 Wyndham Street, Shepparton, and the new winner will be notified in accordance with these conditions. Any unclaimed prizes will be published in “The Adviser” newspaper on Wednesday 18th, December 2019.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winners will be contacted by telephone as soon as the prizes are drawn and communicated to via phone and mail. Winners will also be announced Hit FM 96.9 on the day. Names of all winners will be published in “The Adviser” on Wednesday 18th, December 2019, and published on Riverside Plaza’s website – https://www.riversideplazashepparton.com.au/shop-and-win-a-car-10year-celebration/
PRIVACY: Information collected on entry forms will only be used to compile statistics on total value of purchases, total number of entries, total number of entrants and postcodes from various areas. Email addresses will be added to Riverside Plazas VIP database. Promotional emails may be received with the option of unsubscribing at any time. All entry forms will be destroyed once statistics have been compiled and all prizes claimed.
